Upper School Principal
Dwight Seoul seeks a qualified and experienced MYP/DP educator and Upper School Principal for August 2024. The Principal is an inspirational leader, who is resilient, good humored, and able to inspire confidence in all MYP/DP students, teachers and parents alike.
The Upper School Principal will provide dynamic leadership in line with the IBO’s and the School’s mission statements. The candidate is curriculum focused and flexible to lead a school well into the 4th industrial revolution.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational leadership experience preferably in an International School
- Extensive knowledge of the IB Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme (MYP/DP)
- Relevant teaching experience
- Degree or training in Educational Leadership (preferred)
- Experience in effective teacher supervision, evaluation, and mentoring
- Experience and understanding of best practices in international education
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience working with CIS and NEASC is an advantage.
- Experience with the creation and implementation of school strategic plans with a focus on curriculum and best practices for young learners

Early Childhood Division Head and Teacher
The Dwight Seoul seeks a PYP educated Early Childhood teacher and manager. The ideal candidate has working experience working with children ages 3,4 and 5 years old. The ideal candidate is organized, fluent in English language (both written and oral) and comes with previous working experience having worked in an international school environment. Dwight Seoul seeks a student centered and forward thinking PYP/MYP Music teacher beginning August 1, 2024. This role will be responsible for creating, organizing and producing Music Performances across the school and collaborating with Dwight family schools including the Dwight Choir Festival.
This position will require highly organized skills, positive energy and an ability to lead our school chorus and organize large and small scale performances while promoting community participation and engagement.

Learning Support (QUEST) Teacher

The role of the position is primarily to facilitate speech and communication development for students enrolled in our Quest (Learning Support) Department. Makerspace Technician (Starting in December 2023)
Dwight School seeks a makerspace technology enthusiast who can manage and maintain the materials and equipment in a fully equipped Makerspace on his/her own starting December 2023.
The ideal candidate has a knowledge of technology-enhanced learning and is willing to support teachers and students in the Makerspace having either worked in a large makerspace in education or comes from industry with an ability to manage and withstand the 4th industrial revolution where technology and design entrepreneurs plan, create, patent, market and sell. Bilingual in English and Korean with an understanding of an international education environment preferred but not required.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Interested in guiding technology whole school
- Highly focused on safety
- Knowledgeable about linking technology skills to makerspace philosophies where electronics, robotics, design and STEAM converge
- Competent user of design software & hardware and design materials including Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD, 3D printers, cutting machinery and tools
