The Dwight School Seoul seeks a full time, qualified, and internationally experienced speech therapist to work with EAL, SEN, and G&T students, and join a motivated and hardworking Learning Support team at Dwight.
The role of the speech therapist is primarily to facilitate speech and communication development for students enrolled in our Quest (Learning Support) Department. The role will link to PYP, MYP, and DP classes where all learning needs are part of collaborative planning between the departments, class teachers, and parents.

The ideal candidate is capable of planning, organizing, and providing instruction of the Language B Spanish curriculum in alignment with IB MYP/DP curriculum and school standards. Educational leadership experience preferably in an International School
Extensive knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)
Relevant teaching experience
Degree or training in Educational Leadership (preferred)
Experience in effective teacher supervision, evaluation, and mentoring
Experience and understanding of best practices in international education
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience working with CIS and NEASC is an advantage.
Experience with the creation and implementation of school strategic plans with a focus on curriculum and best practices for young learners
